I tend to grade my vendors not when things are rolling along smoothly but when there is a bump in the road. We knew out box of baseballs was on a UPS truck about to be delivered. then we get a notification that there was damage done to the packaging while on the truck and the delivery did not happen. Rama and Team Lev immediately placed a RUSH order for the manufacturer to re-produce the baseballs. Thanx (sic) to the speed and professionalism of Team Lev we received our order of beautifully produced baseballs just in time. And we all lived happily ever after.

Rama Beerfas was FANTASTIC to work with. We had a lot of ideas for branded items and each one had a tight timeline. It was a great show. I meant to say thank you for the advice on scheduling sales meetings. The meetings went so well, and the booth was busy almost the entire time the trade show was open. Potential clients who didn’t schedule meetings still stopped by, so I had no trouble getting rid of the three extra power banks. Really great, much better than last year, and I think those meetings/marketing the meetings really made the difference.

The product feels great on the ears and the logo shows well. My only concern is the earmuffs are made for the band portion to be worn at the back of the head; not the top. However the picture in the "catalog" shows the earmuffs' band sitting on top and this was the style I thought I was ordering.
But these will work with what we have planned. I am overall happy with the order.
